Right I am leaving Manchester a week on fri so if anyone wants to go for a drink on either Thurs afternoon or Thurs night, Fri afternoon or Fri night or early next week let me know!

Does anyone know any alternative friendly hairdressers in Manc who do bleaching and dying for a reasonable price? The place in Afflecks quoted me £70 which is a bit out of my price range when the place I go to to in Sheff does it for £40.

So what's new?- I've finished the taught part of my course and now just have my proposal and dissertation to do.

- My health has got steadily worse since Dad died and I'm waiting for tests to see how bad my colitis is now but I'm still going out a lot more than I did in 2010.

- I'm moving in with scarlett_von_sl at the beginning of July and going my separate way from Dave and Ric and the cats.

- Dave and I have become good friends so everything has been ok on the home front for a while now.

- I've broken my pattern and managed 7 months without getting into another serious relationship. This is pretty good as really don't think I could handle it atm. I have been seeing someone casually for a few months now though which is good fun.

It's one year since we lost Dad today. I was hoping to see friends but I feel too ill, meh :(

Is sick to the back teeth of agency stress- just got upset on the phone to them as they told me I couldn't cancel getting my room painted next weekend as I requested it. That is true but I requested it before we had plumbers here for two full days. Plumbers who managed to cut through the light in the garage and blow the fuse on the washing machine meaning an electrician had to come out today.

I was nearly late for my work placement the other day due to them turning up without keys too. I appreciate that they are trying to fix things but some of the problems should have been picked up on inspections and sorted before we moved in. Pretty much every week we've had to ring about something.

Would anyone be willing to do my hair for me the week after next? It would mean bleaching the roots and applying the purple and blue dyes. Can pay some cash or in beer :) I don't particularly want to get it done at a hairdresser as they never leave the dye on long enough.

Slept for eleven hours and now feel a lot better. Started counselling again yesterday and counsellor was asking me about my sleep patterns and saying I should have a look at the Uni help stuff about sleep. I have a feeling some of it won't work for me, like staying up all day if you have a bad nights sleep. If I get less than 7 hours if I don't have a nap I either feel incredibly sick or can't eat without suffering dire consequences or both. Does anyone else have this problem?

Is pleased stuff is getting sorted out in the house, by next weekend I should hopefully have a room I can actually use that isn't dirty and doesn't smell of fags. Will also be good to have a generally less manky house.

We now also have working washing machine though I was looking forward to a bath but I can't have one as the taps are broken, I thought they just needed tightening :( Hopefully they will get fixed on fri or sat.
